Heat the skillet: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until hot.

Cook the vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 4: Combine and Serve
Combine the beef and vegetables: Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine.
Add the sauce: Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
Garnish: If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for extra flavor and presentation.
Step 5: Serve
