Cabbage and Egg Patties

These Cabbage and Egg Patties are a tasty and fulfilling meal with crunchy sides and a soft middle. Great for a simple lunch or as a side dish, they go really well with a cool sour cream and cucumber sauce.
Time needed to prepare: 15 minutes
Time to cook: 20 minutes
Total Duration: 35 minutes

List of items needed:
For the burgers:
1 little cabbage, cut into small pieces.
1 onion, cut into small pieces.
1 carrot, shredded
2 huevos
4 tablespoons of flour
Add salt as desired.
Add as much black pepper as you like.
Add paprika according to your preference.
Garlic powder, as desired.
Olive oil, for cooking in hot oil.
For the dressing:
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cucumber, cut into small pieces.
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
Instructions:

Get the cabbage ready.
Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
Prepare the cabbage: Boil water in a pot and cook the cabbage for 5 minutes.
Drain the cabbage and leave it to the side.
Get the onion and carrot ready.
Cut the onion into very small pieces.
Shred the carrot: Shred the carrot.
Prepare the vegetables.
Warm up some olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
Cook Vegetables: Put the diced onion and shredded carrot in the pan. Cook the vegetables in a pan until they are tender and smell good, for approximately 5 minutes.
Combine the ingredients.
Mix the following ingredients in a big bowl: cooked cabbage, sautéed onion and carrot, eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried garlic.
Mix thoroughly: Combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
Prepare the cabbage mix:
Heat additional olive oil in the pan on medium heat.
Make patties: Put portions of the cabbage mixture in the pan and press them down with a spatula to shape them into patties
