Recipe for a very creamy lemon pudding

This tasty lemon dessert has a smooth and creamy texture with a tangy sweetness that will please your craving for sweets. This meal is perfect for any occasion, and the refreshing citrus flavor will make you feel happy.
What you require:

1 cup of sugar
A quarter cup of cornstarch.
Ezoic

Half a teaspoon of salt.
1.5 cups of whole milk
3 large egg yolks Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tablespoons of butter without salt

Grate the peel of one lemon finely, you will need one tablespoon.
The best toppings are whipped cream and extra lemon peel.
Directions: Combine the cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan and stir well.
To ensure it’s creamy, add the whole milk little by little.

Keep stirring the mixture constantly until it starts to gently boil and becomes thicker. This should take about 5-7 minutes on medium heat in the pot.
Gently beat the egg yolks in a separate bowl. While stirring, slowly add around half a cup of the warm milk mixture to the eggs to prevent them from curdling.
Keep stirring the beaten egg yolks into the rest of the milk mixture in the pot.
