3 cups cooked rice (used glutinous rice or sub with other rice)
3/4 cup kale stems, finely chopped (or use broccoli stem)
15-20 cabbage leaves
1/2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped -optional (used mini King Oyster mushrooms)
1 small carrot, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely minced ginger
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil for Cooking
SEASONING
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp salt & pepper to taste Each
SAUSE
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce/tamari
1 chopped Thai chili (optional)
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp salt & pepper
1/2 cup Water
