Chocolate and Mascarpone Fondant

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter and lightly flour a cake mold.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring regularly.
In a salad bowl, whisk the mascarpone with the melted chocolate until smooth.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
Add the sugar, then the flour and the pinch of salt, mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. The center of the cake should remain slightly soft.
Let cool before unmolding and serving, possibly accompanied by whipped cream or fresh fruit.
