Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for about 15-30 seconds.
Add olive oil, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir well.
Place the bread flat on a cutting board. Using a serrated knife, cut diagonally about two-thirds of the way through, leaving about an inch uncut from each edge. Turn the bread and repeat the cuts in the opposite direction, creating small diamond shapes.
Use a brush to coat the inside cuts of the bread with the garlic butter mixture.
Fill each cut with cheese. Shredded cheese melts easily, but cubed cheese works as well.
Place the bread in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy your garlic bread!
