1 to 1.5 pounds of ground beef
One 10.5-ounce tin of condensed cream of mushroom soup
One 10.5-ounce tin of condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
3 cups of frozen potato cubes
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 9×13 casserole dish.
2. Cook and drain the ground beef, then place in a large bowl.
3. Mix in both cream of mushroom and cream of cheddar cheese soup cans.
4. Add frozen cubed potatoes, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover with foil.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil, and bake for another 30 minutes.
