Preparation :
Prepare the vegetables:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Brown the onion in a pan with the olive oil, then add the vegetables, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Prepare the crumble:
Mix the flour and cold butter until you obtain a sandy mixture. Add the nuts and mix.
Assembly :
Place the vegetables in a gratin dish, crumble the feta on top, then cover with the crumble.
Cooking :
Bake for 25 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
Service :
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
