Praline Success: A Gourmet Pleasure with Pralines and Hazelnuts

Preparation:
Dacquoise: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Egg white with sugar. Gently combine the hazelnut powder and sifted icing sugar. Spread into two discs and bake for 15-20 min. Leave to cool.
Praline cream: In a bowl, cream the soft butter and icing sugar. Add the praline and continue to whisk. Add the liquid cream and whisk on high speed to obtain a light consistency.
Modification: On top of a dacquoise disc with praline cream, drop the second disc on top and sprinkle with icing sugar.
