ITALIAN MEATBALL CHEESE FRIES

1. Prepare the Fries:
Bake or air fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
2. Make the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then roll the mixture into small meatballs.
3. Cook the Meatballs:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until they’re browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Add marinara sauce to the skillet, stir to coat, and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
4. Assemble the Cheese Fries:
Spread the hot fries on a large serving platter. Top with the meatballs and pour the marinara sauce over them. Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
5. Melt & Garnish:
Broil the fries in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
