Method 1: With Powdered Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup hot water
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, add the powdered milk, sugar, butter, and hot water. Blend well until desired consistency is reached. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
Pour the condensed milk into an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator.
It is perfect for making ice cream and many other recipes.

1 cup whole milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
