Things needed:
oil (1 tablespoon)
1 chopped tiny onion
Two minced garlic cloves, two sliced carrots, two cut celery stalks, and one can of washed and drained chickpeas (15 oz)
White beans, drained and washed, one can (15 oz.) (cannellini, great northern, etc.)
the veggie broth, 4 cups
Tomato chopped with liquids, from a single can (14.5 oz)
Fresh thyme, minced
Dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon
for some extra smokiness, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Adjust with salt & pepper as desired.
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnishing)
