Preparation of Zucchini: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Cut the zucchini into slices and brown them with a little olive oil to soften them.
Assembly: In a dish, arrange the zucchini, raw ham and pieces of fresh cheese.
Crumble: Mix the flour, cold butter and parmesan with the herbs to obtain a crumble.
Cooking: Spread the crumble over the zucchini mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
Serving: Serve warm with a salad for a complete meal.
