Now that our pork tenderloin is nicely coated, it’s time to roast. Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan and pop it into the preheated oven. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remember, all ovens are different, so keep an eye on your pork to prevent it from overcooking.
Once the pork is cooked to your liking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. This rest time allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it even more tender and juicy.
