It is important to properly preserve food and various products to avoid waste and ensure the best quality, both in taste and appearance.
Flexible, economical and versatile, cling film has thus become an essential tool in the kitchen. It adapts to almost any surface and its material adheres to food like a second skin. It therefore prevents contact with oxygen, delays food spoilage and protects against all types of external odours. Much more resistant than aluminium foil, cling film does not tear and, being transparent, allows us to easily see the contents.
To properly preserve food, you must:
Spread a layer of cling film on the table, without cutting it.
Place the plate, bowl or food you want to store on this layer.
Go over the plastic to wrap it completely, reaching the base again.
Continue wrapping another layer around the sides until all the free space is covered, either with the same strip or by cutting another one.
