Procedure:
1. Cut the lemon peels and place them in a container.
2. Add a litre of alcohol and leave to rest for 15 days.
3. Bring the water to the boil, then add the sugar and let it dissolve.
4. Let it cool and add to the lemon peels.
5. Let it rest for an hour.
6. Filter the limoncello and fill the bottles.
7. Store in the refrigerator.
