Chicken Thighs: 6 pieces
Salt: To taste
Ground Black Pepper: To taste
Oregano: To taste
Vegetable Fat: For frying
Butter: 40 grams
Onion: 1, finely chopped
Carrot: 1 large, chopped
Potatoes: 6-7 medium, peeled and cut into chunks
Parsley: Fresh, for garnish
Honey: 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce: 4 tablespoons
Sweet Chili Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Dijon Mustard: 1 tablespoon
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced

Prepare the Chicken Thighs:
Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the chicken with salt, ground black pepper, and oregano. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb into the meat.

Heat vegetable fat in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
