Instructions:
Bring the oven up to temperature: Get the oven up to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish with grease that is 9×13 inches.
Get the smoked sausage cut and brown in a big pan over medium heat. Take off the stove and put aside.
Toss the frozen hash brown potatoes, chicken and mushroom soups, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic and onion powders, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing dish. Just mix everything together.
Once the potatoes and sausage are mixed, add the cooked sausage pieces and mix until they are uniformly distributed.
Transfer to Baking Dish: Evenly distribute the batter into the baking dish that has been preheated.
The casserole should be hot and bubbling, with a golden brown top, after 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven.
After a few minutes of cooling, garnish and serve the dish. Serve with chopped parsley and green onions as a garnish if preferred.
