Turn the oven on high heat (420 degrees).
Add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, and chili powder to a small bowl.
Dip the meat into the spice blend.
In a pan set over medium-high heat, add a little oil and cook the steak until it reaches the doneness you desire. After letting it rest, slice it into pieces.
Spoon half a cup of cheese onto each of two large flour tortillas before placing them on a baking sheet that has been prepared.
Distribute the meat evenly among the two tortillas.
Before topping the tortillas, arrange the corn, beans, tomatoes, and avocado on top.
Top the tortillas with the rest of the cheese.
On top of every quesadilla, lay two big tortillas.
Leave in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
After slicing, top with cilantro and lime juice for garnish.
