Honey Garlic Ribs

Spread a good amount of honey garlic sauce on top and bottom of the ribs.
Tightly wrap the ribs with aluminum foil.
To get tender, easily-pull-apart meat, bake in a preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
Take the foil off the ribs and turn the oven up to 425°F, or 220°C.
Continue roasting the ribs uncovered for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and caramelized, brushing them with extra sauce from the baking sheet.
The ribs should be rested for a few minutes after taking them out of the oven before cutting.
Toss with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish, if preferred. Serve immediately.
It takes 15 minutes to prepare, 3 hours to cook, and 3 hours and fifteen minutes to finish.
