1 1/3 teaspoons warm water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup oil
17 – 17.6 ounces (480-500 grams) of flour
For the stuffing:
7 ounces (200 grams) of grated cheese
3.5 ounces (100 grams) of mozzarella
1 red pepper
