Simply knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough and put it in the fridge for a while.
Then roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 5 mm. Cut out rings and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3.(Jam of your choice), put a little jam in the middle of the cookies.
Now beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Stir in the icing sugar, ground nuts and lemon zest.
Then put the snow in a piping bag and pipe it around the jam on the biscuits. Bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes.
